Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 1kg spiral pasta
  • 1 block Kraft cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 6 tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 bunch spring onions, chopped

Method

  • Boil pasta to packet instructions (do not overcook). Drain
  • Put the pasta in a large bowl and add the oil and allow pasta to cool
  • Mix the mayonnaise and the curry powder and add to the pasta and mix through until the pasta is coated
  • Add the grated cheese and mix
  • Add the tomatoes and spring
  • Mix together until well combined
