Ingredients

- 1kg spiral pasta
- 1 block Kraft cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 6 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 bunch spring onions, chopped

Method

- Boil pasta to packet instructions (do not overcook). Drain
- Put the pasta in a large bowl and add the oil and allow pasta to cool
- Mix the mayonnaise and the curry powder and add to the pasta and mix through until the pasta is coated
- Add the grated cheese and mix
- Add the tomatoes and spring
- Mix together until well combined
